Granddaughters Love It!

A little for alot
The product seems to be well made. Loads of pretty pastel color beads. The only thing was the size is very small (fits in your palm). From the photo on the website it looks different/bigger. You still get a fair amount of cute colorful beads.

Yes, all of our children’s items on site (for ages 12 and under) have had Children’s Product Certificates submitted by the vendors, certifying that they have passed all US CPSC testing.

Does the child need special tools to cut chain or attach clasps?

Additional tools will not be needed. The chain can be easily cut with regular scissors. The clasps do not need any special tool to put on, they are regular ball chain clasps (like the ones you have on a key chain). A very young child might need some assistance from a parent but they are just clasped with your fingers.
