Great product
My son is obsessed with states and countries, so this was a perfect gift for him. He really likes this tablecloth. We leave it out (we rotate with the US one) and sometimes when he's being unruly it's a great way to just calm him down. We haven't washed it yet because they are big, but really the enjoyment so far is great.

My niece just turned 4 and I got her this coloring tablecloth. She was excited about it right away. It's a great activity to do together. Everything is excellent quality. The cloth is nice and sturdy, and the markers have vibrant colors and they work well on the cloth.

Nephew, niece AND grandma approved
I got this for my four-year-old nephew's birthday thinking it would be something he would enjoy doing with other kids. But as it turns out, the adults had fun too. Our kids love it. Great material and good quality markers. Overall I'd recommend these to anyone who's kids color all the time. We break these out before or after dinner some nights and color together. We're very happy with buying all 3 options since we rotate and the kids learn a little each time we do.

Do the markers penetrate the tablecloth fabric? Resulting in marks on the table under the tablecloth.

With normal coloring very little or no color should go through. If you are coloring on a table or another non-machine-washable surface, you might want to use a protective layer if you are concerned that the surface is not readily wipeable, just in case any ink goes through the textile.
