So enthralling!
Great Family adventure for all ages! Very interactive and the hints help keep you moving right along in the story without giving it all away. Might laminate the clues, etc for wearability sake. Would full recommend !

Fabulous fun!
This was an absolute blast but definitely not easy! Lots of deduction and understanding of math. The depth of the mystery was just fantastic! I will definitely order another one for our family Christmas celebration in 2024!

These are super cute!
Murder Mysteries typically take a lot of planning ahead. Hiding clues, decorating, understanding and acting out your character… But these you can do at the kitchen table with your kids. You use your phone to text with who might be the party host in real life. They help with clues, backstories, give hints, etc. I highly recommend these for families looking to do something after dinner, or a grandma with grandchild, babysitter, sleepover…they are just plain fun. With an adult's help, I think you could go as young as 7 and enjoy the time.

LOVE this!
I bought this for my best friend for her birthday. She loves Disney and true crime so it was perfect. We had a girls night and played the Cinderella game with some drinks and it was so much fun! We thought at first it might be easy cause we thought we knew who did it right away, but the game is full of twists and turns and very difficult puzzles. We are in our 30's and had to get hints to solve some of them. You play with your phone and the app plays background music that sets the moods. We laughed so much and one game took a good amount of time! At least an hour maybe longer. Looks like they came out with more games you can buy on the app and we can't wait! I hope they keep coming out with more.

Great problem-solving fun in a whimsical fairy-tale world
My mom and I love puzzles, board and card games, but neither of us knew what to expect when she opened a few of these up on Christmas morning. We were both very surprised, in a very positive way. We worked through the first mystery over the next few days, spending maybe 30 minutes to an hour at a time, and although we've not started the second one yet, neither of us can wait to dig into it! The mystery comes with a picture of the crime scene, a map, suspect interviews, a newspaper, a letter (sealed with wax), and adventure cards that represent destinations that you will explore to look for clues. The experience is interactive - you will need to log on to a special website to guide you through your journey - but still hands-on enough to feel like a game or puzzle. All of this takes place in a whimsically dark fairy tale world where you will encounter plenty of familiar characters and lots of jaunty wordplay as well. On top of that, the website features a soundtrack and voiceovers to enhance the experience. We certainly had more than a few "moments of delight and adventure," as the designers put it - actually, we were given several hours worth of just those kinds of moments. The puzzles and brain-teasers included on this journey were not too easy, but not exasperatingly difficult either. We only had to use the hints on the site once, so there was just the right amount of challenge. And when we finished, we gave each other a big high-five, filled with satisfaction - yet at the same time, hungry for more. PS, we'd love to see more games with Little Red!

Perfect Game for Solvers and Critical Thinkers!
Immersive. Engaging. Suspenseful. Productive challenge. My daughter (12) and I didn't move for 2 hours. We lost track of time in the best way. We highly recommend. In fact, I'm writing the review now because I wanted to buy the other two mysteries!

Hi! Is it odd that this came in an unlabeled plain white box? I'm just making sure the two envelopes are the only thing that should be inside because it felt a little weird that there's no outer packaging describing what it is.

Hello! Great question - we looked into this and yes, the murder mystery pack does not include branding on the components box as they come from a small maker :^) However, each of the two envelopes will be labeled with their respective mystery case with instructions on the inside.

Is there a reason why the number of players is limited (e.g., game pieces, etc.)? Could you play with more than four people?

You can possible play with more than 4 people but there aren't so many cards. With this being said, the game may start over quicker compared to playing with 4 people.
