  • Early harvest Nevadillo olives from a certified-organic family farm in Jaen, Spain, serve as the base for the Vitality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Its bright flavor and grassy aroma make an elevating add-in to sauces, dips, stews, or anything you pour it on.
  • Organic cane sugar, plums, and basil are slowly fermented on a family farm in California for the lively, complex flavor of the Balsamic Vinegar. Mix it into sauces, marinades, cocktails, and more.
  • An everyday blend designed by Gloria herself, the Elevate Spice features marjoram, rosemary, minced garlic and onion, basil, oregano, and crushed red pepper.
  • Also included is a gold Mini Whisk to whip up toppings, dips, and sauces.

When Gloria Molist moved to California from Spain, she was disappointed with the selection of her favorite ingredient extra-virgin olive oil. With years of olive oil industry knowledge, she's made it her goal to introduce America to high-quality Spanish EVOOs produced on small family farms. "Food is very important and really present in our culture," Gloria says. "It's an experience to share with friends and family, and we plan our lives around it."
