As a physician and marathon runner who also has a sweet tooth, Sherif Badawy thinks indulgence should still be good for you. After moving from Egypt to the US, he found store-bought baklava overly sweet and lacking quality, so he set out to reinvent his favorite confection with a healthy twist. Inspired by baking masters in Jordan, his version is packed with premium nuts and minimal sugar. Crafted with care and flown fresh to Chicago, his baklava proves that great taste and nutrition can go hand in hand.

Yum Healthy Flavorful Snacks and You can't have mine!!
Truly Amazing. The best. I would offer you some, but I've eaten the entire box. I was so excited to try this new offering, especially since I love dates. This is the perfect mix of flavors, especially when I need a small snack! I appreciated the size of the individual containers, it was perfect for a snack size. Highly recommended for folks that need something on the go, not messy, nutritious, flavorful and small in size/snackable to get you to the next meal! Seriously though, these sesame crackers are light and crisp and whenever I do open a box they are gone almost immediately.
