  • Customize the top of your board however you’d like—Rachel Is Strong, Billy’s Big Lifts, or something simple, like Big 3 Board.
  • Pick three exercises to track—the name of each will be printed above the corresponding mini barbell.
  • As you increase the weight of your lifts, add mini multicolored weight plates to show off your progress.
  • Board measures 6.75"x 6.25".
  • Includes 48 mini weight plates, 1 customized tracking board, 3 barbells, 2 weight stands, and 1 board holder.
  • Made in South Carolina.

“I want to inspire athletes to keep pushing their limits and strive for improvement.” Despite his degree in economics, Jacob Dorsey always felt a pull toward creative expression. As he wrapped teaching a month long weightlifting class, Jacob set out to create a personal memento to commemorate everyone’s personal best—which he did using 3D printers and eco-friendly materials. Today, he creates custom progress boards from his home in Greenville, South Carolina.

This is a made-to-order item that ships directly from the maker. If you order today your item will ship no later than 6/30/2025.

Items that are made to order or oversized can't be sent in a Gift Box. Instead, you can include your Gift Message on the shipment's packing slip.  At this time, this item cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. Territories including Minor Outlyling Islands. Cute gift but you have to put some of it together

This makes a cute gift, but you have to put some of it together and there's no picture explaining how to do so. Also a bit pricy for a 3D printed item.

Well executed, but not as fancy as expected

This board is 3D printed, and while it is well executed, you can still see some of the fine lines from the printing process. It is also very lightweight. I would have preferred if this was made out of metal.

How much weight can be posted? I want this as a good fit for a National Champion power lifter with a 1655 Total (600# squat, 485# bench, and 570#DL)

Each board comes with 1072.5lbs of weight divided the following way: 6x 55lb, 6x 45lb, 6x 35lb, 6x 25lb, 6x 10lb, 6x 5lb, 6x 2.5lb, 6x 1.25lb.
