Care
Hand wash with warm, soapy water after each use and dry thoroughly. Never soak or submerge in water, run in a dishwasher, or use in a microwave. Placing hot pots or pans on your board can result in a lasting burn mark. Apply mineral oil and / or beeswax wood conditioner once a week to all surfaces, including edges and ends, until the finish is established, and at any time the board feels dry.

Absolutely beautiful cutting board. Probably my favorite gift I'm going to give out this Christmas. It wasn't supposed to be delivered until mid-January, but I loved it so much that I was ok with giving it to my sister in law after Christmas. PERFECT for Newly Weds!

Not So Great
The more coats of mineral oil you apply, the more variegated the boards become, to the point where the different shades distract from the engraving.
