What a great gift!
I've ordered two sets of these glasses this past year. One for my uncle and one for my Dad; both with a map of their home town. It sparked a series of conversations where they would show me where their school, house and favorite hang outs were. It was the perfect gift! Plus the glasses were pretty.

A truly perfect gift
The tumblers were even better than I expected. I was concerned the map might not cover the areas of town where we grew up and where my family still lives but it was all there and everyone loved checking out the glasses and being able to point out specific areas that were in fact on the map. And having them customized with names was a bonus.

Very unique product
I bought these for my husband as a Christmas gift. We both really liked the quality of the product. The product arrived sooner than expected. No issues with shipping. They were packaged well to prevent breakage. I will most likely purchase this again for different family members.

Perfect for someone who has everything
I bought these for my boyfriend (we're in our late 50s). He pretty much has everything he could ever ask for in life, but even he misses his hometown in CA despite having lived in Boston for the past 30+ years. He opened these and saw a map of his hometown and it was deeply touching for him. He immediately wanted to get some for other people in his family who are missing somewhere, a home town, a favorite destination, etc. What a cool gift. Big hit! I paired these with other little cocktail gifts (a Smokepub drink smoker, fancy ice cub trays, expensive cherries, a nice bottle of bourbon) and he had a little themed haul that he was excited to use straight away. He thought it was very personal and he was touched that I found these.

Map is barely visible
I was so excited about these glasses to give as a gift. I'm very disappointed. The etching is so light it is barely visible. I purchased two sets of the pint mugs and for the price thought it would be better quality.

can you choose to have no custom engraving and just the map?
Verified reply from Michelle
Hi! Customization is required up the side of the glass, it cannot be omitted/left blank.

Can we specify an area code to have a more specific location engraved on the glasses?
Verified reply from Ashley
Thank you for reaching out. You can type your town/city in the customization section, but typing a zip code will not work. The artist is unable to accommodate neighborhoods/towns that do not already populate in the form.

Hi, Let's say I do Nashville as the city, and then in the custom engaving I put Nashville, will it say Nashville twice? Or if I put "Home" will it say Nashville on anywhere else
Verified reply from Michelle
Hi! If you enter Nashville as the location it will appear in the map as a city name, but will not appear in the custom engraving section.

Can the glasses be customized for any city map? We are interested in Seoul, South Korea and wondered what the map would look like.
Verified reply from Michelle
Hi! At this time only US cities are available.
