German brothers Vincent and Leon Horst began their careers as a chemist and an aerospace engineer, respectively. But in their spare time, they experimented with a shared passion: creating gin-making kits. Fast forward a bit, and their onetime hobby is now their full-time job. Working with a small team in their office in Berlin, the duo design easy-to-use kits with wood chips, spices, and botanicals for mixology enthusiasts to craft their very own gin and whiskey.

Good flavor, simple to use
It was pretty easy to use, the only bad part was the first one I ordered had a bit of a snag in one of the packets, so the sugar had spilled out into the box. But the company replaced it with no problem. Fun for a girls' night in or date night pre-dinner drink. I've only used the classic espresso flavor packet so far, so I'm interested to see how I like the others! Just remember to always allow for the refrigeration time to be factored in to whenever you want to use this. Also shake well before pouring and read the instructions so you don't accidentally get a bean somewhere it shouldn't be.
