Wrong engraved
Soooooo dissappointed. Was a 1st year anniversary gift. Had our names, date and 1 for first year. Came with a big number 0 on it. I relooked at my order receipt to make sure I didn't do it wrong but it says I ordered it with a 1.

Overpriced for Something Simpole
I'm all for good quality, nicely designed product at reasonable priced. This vase looks attractive online but here are the problems after seeing it in person: 1. The outside edge of the cut is smooth, but the inside edge of the cut is still sharp, hence a really bad idea if you decided to stick your hand to clean. 2. The pattern is spray-painted on, not engraved. I have done a similar project (albeit simpler) myself to decorate a couple of bottles, I doubt the longevity of the pattern if used and washed often. 3. Having said #2, the cost of material is really minimal but it charges so much and not even including shipping. It's just disappointing for what you get after paying so much.

Excellent Corporate Gift
It was great to be able to personalize what was etched on the vase and also add flowers to make it just the right gift for that individual. The etching was subtle, and it made for a corporate gift that was just the right amount of helpful.

Please confirm if the glass is etched. The description specifies "etched glass" but a review stated that it was not etched. Please confirm if all of the cut edges are polished and smooth as the same review stated that the inside edges were not smooth.
