Even lovelier than I expected
This came and it was even more beautiful than I expected. The wood etching was clean and gorgeous. It even came with the stuffing for each compartment - a bonus I did not expect! The couple loved it, and I was so proud to give it as a gift to them on their wedding day. Thank you!

Fantastic and beautifully crafted product - you have to make sure to take some of the "stuffing" out before you place your bottles inside, otherwise when you open the bottle will "spring" out (I broke a bottle this way tragically - my own fault)

Is there a word limit to the personalized messages you can choose to put on the inside of each box?

I am wondering if the "Open on" message can be customized (as well as the message on the back of each panel). I would like the messages not to be anniversary-specific, such as "Open on a night of celebration" or "Open on a quiet night together". Could the front of the panels be customized?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. You actually can customize all 3 of those fields with the $190.00 option. This option allows you to enter any year you like, enter initials in the heart and create your own unique messages for the back of the panels.

In the option 2 (Option 2: Heart + "Open on") it states that the customer picks the three years the bottles will be opened on. However, will the toasts included on the back panel be changed to correspond to the chosen years? Specifically, the first toast reads: "May your first anniversary be as happy and filled with love as your Wedding Day!" If I chose 5,10 and 15 year anniversary will the first toast be changed to read: "May your FIFTH anniversary be as happy and filled with love as your Wedding Day!"?

Thanks for your question. The art no longer says "Open on [a particular year]" anymore on the inside messages. We revised this to avoid confusion when we began offering different "open on" years. The art says “May your anniversary be as happy and filled with love as your wedding day!” and “As you share this bottle of wine, reflect on all of the wonderful memories you have made together and dream of all those yet to come.” If you would like, you have the option to alter the inside messages with the third option for an extra charge. What type of wine comes with it?

The wine is not included with the box. It has three empty slots, so you can include three of your favorite wines or three wines that you think the couple will love.

I think this wine box is just great. Is it possible to get this without the anniversary text on each of the slats? Just having the engraved tree with heart initials and date? Its for an anniversary, but I don't want it to be limited to 1, 3 & 5. Without those, it becomes suitable for any event to share the love between two people.

Great question! Champagne would make a lovely wedding gift, and this Custom Wine Box can hold most standard champagne bottles. We reached out to the artist to see if it had been tested in this way, and he advised that he's tried it with several champagne bottles and has never had a problem getting them to fit.
