We tested out the new wabashvalleyfarms #shakeandpop on the newly renovated fire pit and it worked wonderfully! I love that it can just be flipped into a bowl with one hand and the wooden handle on the lid doesn’t get too hot to touch. It made for a nice evening of inexpensive & edible entertainment. And the best part is that the birds will love the leftovers in the morning. To me, nothing is wasted which I love because I am a proud #tightwad. I would have paid more for movie theater popcorn than I paid for the Shake & Pop from one of my favorite stores for unique gadgets - uncommongoods. It will give us hours of edible entertainment all summer long, here at home on the patio. The popcorn is a blue, hull-less variety that came from #Amish country. It was drenched in butter melted over the fire and sprinkled with fine #seasalt. I tried to propagate some kernels. My attempt was unsuccessful.
