Not What I Was Hoping For
Not what I was expecting. The turtle I received is actually frowning. The product itself is very lightweight and it doesn't feel like quality. If I would of seen this in person there is no way I would of paid 30+ dollars for it.
Response from merchant
Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're truly sorry the turtle arrived looking less than cheerful! That's not the experience we want for anyone. The good news is that we have a forever return policy, so there's no rush and no hassle. We'll be reaching out to you directly to get the return started. We appreciate your honest feedback and hope we can make this right.

Great product, even better customer service
The sellers were wonderful and timely after an issue with my original purchase. I planned to put my turtle in my garden outside, but I liked it too much so I kept him inside.

Fantastic Customer Service
Adorable turtle but it arrived damaged. The shell was detached. I went to make a return and customer support told me to keep the turtle plus they refunded me what I paid. They were quick and efficient. Will definitely order from them again.

Mood Changer
I purchased this little guy for a friend to cheer her after a recent surgery. She collects "miniatures." It brought delight and pleasure to her days during recovery, a definite mood changer.
