Such a cute idea!
I purchased the tambourine for my 8 year old grandson. He is very musical. He plays the guitar and has a ukulele already so I thought the tambourine would be fun to build and own and to build. It's for Christmas. My only observation…the package left something to be desired as some of the pieces had come out of the tambourine package. Other than that it looks doable and fun for an 8 year old. And it is an uncommon gift!! Thanks!

If you want to wood oil the Ukulele, when would be the best time to do that? We already glued the head on the body and now we're wondering if we should oil it before we glue the rest of the parts on (bridge,..).
Verified reply from Monique
We recommend applying the wood oil after gluing the remaining parts, including the bridge. This ensures proper glue adhesion and allows you to achieve a smooth, even finish once everything is assembled. Make sure the glue is fully dry before applying the oil. Additionally, we suggest avoiding applying oil directly over any glued areas to prevent it from affecting the glue’s adhesion.
