Growing up in rural Illinois, Jassimine Dixon spent hours poring over books of optical illusions. Inspired, she earned a degree in computer graphics and motion technology. Then, using her newly minted tech skills, she learned how to make those mesmerizing images herself as well as experiment with different production techniques for interaction. In Quad Cities, Illinois, Jassimine works in a studio creating products with hypnotizing graphics inspired by textile patterns and artists like M.C. Escher.

Was nervous to purchase, but it's perfect!

After reading other reviews, I was afraid this card may be a dud and not change colors. But it was the perfect vibe for the giftee, so if anything, at least it matched her energy! It turns out the card I received was perfectly printed, beautifully illustrated, and changed colors from person to person. As soon as the birthday girl touched the ring it turned a bright blue and excited her so much. If it's a card you'll love regardless of the (possible) mood ring not changing colors then I highly recommend it! #sweepstakes

Disappointed

Very disappointed with card- mood ring colors all the same no matter who touched (even submerging finger in ice water did not create a difference)-

I bought two

Both arrived quickly and I got them to my birthday friend and family member. The cards were very well made and were loved. One was taken to work and shown off and laughs were had as everyone tested out what mood they were in. It was a great conversational piece and break the ice moment. They had so much fun, the makers should take out the word birthday and replace it with workplace for those poor souls that still have to go into office...or those at home too. After all, its a card, easily mailed out to the intended person and bring everyone together to share how they are feeling.
