Care
Hand wash with a mild dishwashing soap, rinse, and dry immediately. Cast iron is porous, do not allow to soak. Do not wash in the dishwasher. Periodically apply a small amount of vegetable oil to surface.

Best brie baker ever!
I had always heated brie in microwave. I like heating it on my grill and stove top much better. Easier to keep track of heating process and so easy to add toppings at the right time. The best !!

We so enjoyed the Brie on the grill!! Just don't cook it too long🤦🏼♀️. We let it get a bit too melted but it was still yummy! Will be doing this again very soon. More Brie in the fridge!

Holder for cheese

It makes the most amazing brie ever. I love the cast iron because it heats so evenly. It makes perfect brie every time. I purchased this because I also purchased the cast iron garlic roasted a few months earlier. Another exceptional product. I've since purchased both for gifts!

What a great idea!
Was browsing thru this wonderful catalog and came across this item. The "bell rang" - LOL - and I realized this would be perfect for a family member for Christmas. In fact I got him the cast iron garlic roaster last year so this will make a perfect pair. He loves to cook, bbq, smoke, you name it! And he always uses cast iron! Try it out you will love it!

Woeks well
The only complaint is the lid moves back and forth when you set in on the bottom piece. They should make the lip deeper or have a lip on both sides to keep it in place.

AMAZINGLY GOOD
This is one of the best products / I gifts I ever bought. It says to use on grill, but we put in the oven instead. Everything remained in the cast iron brie baker, then when it was taken out and opened, it just oozed out ever so slightly - made the best presentation and was fabulously delicious. I didn't take a picture but wish I had - it was picture perfect.

If used in the oven, what temperature and how long? There are no instruction that came with mine.

Hello! We suggest asking your local cheese monger how to best prepare your local selections. However, you may also use the following *general* guidelines. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it starts to ooze.
