Care

To preserve the useful life of your humidifier box, hand wash with hot water only and dry immediately. Cast iron is porous, do not allow to soak. Do not wash in the dishwasher. Periodically apply a small amount of vegetable oil to surface.

Great Father's Day Gift

I bought this for my son-in-law for Father's Day. He loves to cook with cast iron pans and he loves to grill; so I knew he would love this. It is really sturdy and will last forever which makes it is a great way to add moister and flavor to his grilling. I can't wait to try out what he comes up with as he is a great cook!

This is only for use in an outdoor grill. As standard kitchen ovens are not sealed, smoke will leak into your kitchen and trigger smoke alarms. Smoldering wood chips without proper ventilation or control pose fire and air-quality risks indoors. Traditional smoking relies on burning wood and steady airflow, which a closed kitchen oven lacks.
