Gets trapped in a loop
Hi there! I had a couple of problems with this one. 1. The pong can easily get trapped in a 'loop' where the paddles do not have to be moved at all for the ball to bounce back and forth between them. The ball does not speed up as in real pong either. 2. There needs to be a label on the packaging to make it clear that it will be reused ad the housing for the game. It can be easy to throw away a part that has a double use later. 3. The instructions are incorrect and instruct you to reverse the wiring to the controllers. If you do the opposite, the game will work correctly.

Hours of entertainment
My middle schooler LOVED this (he is super in to Lego kits but feels a bit too old for any that are within my budget). Using a soldering iron to complete was peak coolness. Game was simple, but enjoyed.

Theoretically a great present
I'm holding it for my son's Christmas present so I won't know until later how it works, but he's very into electronics so I'm excited to give him a little project to dig into.

Perfect pickleball
Love this desktop pickleball game! We've had a tabletop ping pong set for years. And this is a great way to change it up. Can be used on a desk, picnic table, you name it!
