Neil Edley didn't choose the sweet life, it chose him. Since he was 15 years old, he's been operating a confections business with his mother Frann in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Neil is still dreaming up innovative culinary ideas as their business continues to grow. Willing to experiment with any combination that comes to mind, whether it's bourbon caramel pretzel chocolate or Caribbean jerk peanuts, his team specializes in custom-made products. Neil perfected his craft at renowned culinary college Johnson & Wales, and continues to expand upon his knowledge and creativity by making the best chocolates and nuts possible. His hope is that his confections provide the world with a little taste of happiness.

Dark Chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, pure vanilla), Milk Chocolate (sugar, milk, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, pure vanilla), White Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk, sunflower lecithin, pure vanilla, cream (contains less than 0.5% of: carrageenan, mono and diglycerides, cellulose gum, polysorbate 80), corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, concentrated fruit puree, natural and artificial flavor, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, citric acid, ascorbic acid, invertase, beet extract, beta carotene, pectin, carminic acid, salt, coffee, egg yolks, almond, cashew, hazelnut, pecan, peanut butter, coconut, cinnamon, sea salt, raw sugar, baking soda, potassium sorbate (preservative), FD&C color (red #40, yellow #5 and #6, Blue #1).

Disappointing
There was no insert to describe the alleged flavors of each type of truffle. A couple were definitely mint flavored. Perhaps the mint permeated the other truffles or something, because many had a hint of mint flavor to them. I'm used to high quality truffles that melt in your mouth and these just didn't do that. Perhaps the fat content was too low or some additive/preservative prevented that. There were many possible flavors listed as to which truffles you may receive, but I really couldn't tell what flavor I was eating most of the time aside from mint. I'm used to harry and david, Lindt, or Norman Love chocolates and truffles which all have very distinctive and recognizable flavors. Perhaps I just got a bad batch or perhaps the mint just overpowered everything. Overall, I was rather disappointed.

Good Quality Truffles in an Attractive Gift Box
This was a gift. The recipient enjoyed these chocolates a lot (they were all gone pretty quickly!). He thought they were high quality truffles. However, he found many of the flavors pretty indistinct - wasn't sure what flavor some of the truffles were.
