Loved this gift at first!

My son received this bluetooth water bottle as a gift, and we all thought it was a wonderfully original idea. He showed friends, and they asked for the same water bottles for their birthdays. Unfortunately, despite very careful handling, the speaker stopped working shortly after receipt. It is a very small and expensive water bottle without the use of the speaker. He left it at home when he went to college this year. Too bad, as it would have been great to have at practice or at the gym.

This product is a little iffy

We had to order this product twice. Uncommon Goods was GREAT about replacing it, but the first one came and the on/off button quickly broke. The sound quality is good and it's a fun, creative, hydrating way to take your music with you.

I'm sad to say this flopped!

As other reviewers mentioned, the sticker on the bottle leaves an awful residue when removed. I just hoped I could get it off so I took my chances and bought two bottles. The black one is on backorder, and I received the blue one promptly. Unfortunately, I scrubbed and scrubbed and couldn't get the residue off the blue bottle. I let it soak, no luck. I used dish soap, no luck. I used goo-gone, and that got the sticky residue off, but then there was a greasy mark. Not a nice way to present a gift, though eventually the mark went away. Then, the speaker wouldn't charge. No matter how long we left it plugged in, it always showed a red light and wouldn't play. I sadly have to cancel the order for the black bottle. Giving a faulty gift to my daughter was disappointing enough, I'm not giving one to my friend as well.

I would `buy this product again!

Gave this to my best friend who just moved to Colorado and was getting into hiking, she takes this as her water bottle and gets to jam out the whole way. Much easier than carry two items in her backpack and lighter than a speaker and water bottle. She loves it and the blue color is so cute!

What is the speaker output /wattage? Also how many hours does it play on a full charge?

Great question! Output is 3 watts. The speakers play for around 4-5 hours on low. With moderate volume it should play around 3-4 hours.

Yes! The bluetooth speaker is rechargeable. There is a USB port under a rubber seal on the lid/speaker, and this includes the USB cable.

Hello! The speaker component is on the top of the lid, and doesn't come into contact with the liquid inside the bottle. While the speaker is rated IPX4 water proof, remove the lid before washing and wash underside of lid separately with a damp cloth, taking care not to completely submerge speaker in water.

Yes! The bottle has a double wall, vacuum insulated copper lined 18/8 stainless steel body.The bottle styled body has the speaker on the top of the bottle instead of underneath.
