Cindi Smead's love affair with stained glass began at the tender age of 2. While out with her mother in Southern California, they came across an old church with vibrant glass scenes in its windows. The play of sunlight made the tableau seem alive, and her love for the medium only grew from there. Today, Cindi creates stained-glass pieces from her studio in Rockingham, Virginia.
