What Makes It Uncommon

Light, with a Warm Finish

What could be a more romantic combination than candlelight and a bottle of wine? It was designer Craig Davies' inspired idea to combine the two. Craig gathers and cleans discarded wine bottles, then cuts them down by hand to be unique vessels for his eco-friendly, long-lasting soy candles. The hand-poured candles are scented to evoke classic wine varieties: Cabernet is dark and sweet, like cherries and chocolate, with an herbal finish; Champagne has a fresh, crisp aroma with hints of cotton blossom; and Chardonnay has aromas of apple, almonds, and cinnamon on top, with buttery richness underneath. Rosé has fresh fruit and sweet almond notes. Pino Grigio is airy with a hint of citrus and sassafras wood. Each one is like a toast to a special person or unforgettable milestone, lingering in the senses long after the moment has passed. Handmade in Truckee, California.

Craig Davies has two favorite things in life: The calming power of candles, and his rescue dogs, Coco and Vino. So, when it came to starting his candle business, he knew two things: He would never work with ingredients that harm animals, and he would use his success to support animal rescue. Five years after rolling out his first collection, Craig has successfully worked with and raised money for shelters in his home state of California. His designs, like our cocktail-inspired candles, feature blissful scents, are made from 100% soy wax that causes no harm to any creature, and poured into reclaimed glass. As you light your candle and enjoy the delightful fragrance, you'll know our furry friends are also being looked after.

Pretty good smelling candle

I wish the candle smelt like the wine instead of something else entirely. Also, the wax was def not all the way at the top upon arrival.

Awesome quarantine gift

Lovely candle!

I bought this gift for my mom who just started doing yoga as a way to unwind from a work day. This soy candle burns very cleanly, has a beautiful color from the reused wine bottle, and smells very nice. The only con for me personally is that the scent is a little too strong. I purchased the pinot grigio scent which is lovely, but it quickly fills an entire room with a strong fruity smell. But to each their own! Otherwise, my mom loved the candle and is very happy with it. #sweepstakes
