Dillon Burroughs has always had an inventor's spirit. "My entire life, I have viewed things not as they are, but how they can be better," he says, adding that it's a trait he inherited from generations of family members. In fact, it was over wine with his father that he came up with the idea for his first product, the Aerating Wine Glass.
Picturing the reactions of people as they use his products keeps the Los Angeles native dreaming up new ideas. With his signature glass, he says, "it was the vision of family and friends spending quality time with each other and getting a little bit of extra enjoyment or excitement out of sharing a bottle of wine with one another."

Love the glasses
I've bought these glasses as gifts for multiple friends/family as well as myself. All recipients have loved them. The glasses do aerate the wine. They are a little difficult to clean, but not impossible. They are worth the cleaning effort.

Great gift for wine-lover
I bought these glasses as a birthday gift for my dad, a sixtysomething who loves wine and gadgets and who "has it all"-- so I wanted to get him something that he wouldn't already have. "What beauty, elegance, French style!" he said. The one thing he noted was that he wasn't sure how he'd clean the glasses, given the cup-within-a-cup design. We figured careful handwashing with soap and water would do the trick. Overall-- my dad was delighted with the glasses' style and function. I would buy this for future gifts again
I decided to get this for a friend who loves wine. Her set came and I ended up keeping it and getting a 2nd set for her. I tested the wine prior to pouring into the aerator feature and without. I do taste the difference. Based on the design, it seems like there may be some wine waste, but that's not the case. Once you tip the glass into your mouth, any wine remaining within the aerator will pour into your glass. I will definitely be getting these again as future gifts.

What are the differences of this product and "Stemless Aerating Wine Glasses " (besides 2 Vs 4 in a set"? This is made of Pyrex Vs The other of Glass when comparing these two similar products -benefits of one Vs the other? Would've thought Pyrex as less expensive than glass. Comments?

These are made of Pyrex because the fountain part has to be fairly delicate so that it looks good and doesn't take up too much of the glass, and Pyrex is stronger than regular glass. These are also more complex to manufacture, which accounts for their higher price. As for the difference, the Aerating Wine Glasses require you to swirl your wine. Sometimes this results in a spill - particularly after a glass or two, if you know what we're saying, and we think you do! There's also the simple factor of looks: some people prefer one, some the other We've received very positive reviews for both glasses, so it seems they both do the job they're meant to do.

These are wine glasses, not a whole decanter, so you just pour enough wine in that you want to drink. You'd keep the rest of the wine in the bottle. If you didn't drink all the wine you poured in your glass, you could use a funnel to pour the remainder back into the bottle.
