Puff beats Hurricane Ian
Never used it until Hurricane Ian. It was bright enough to hang over chandelier bar to light up boardgames in the dark.

I can't stop buying these!
It was the unique design and solar-powered feature that immediately caught my attention. . The collapsible feature sealed the deal as it doesn't take up much space when not in use. The top handle is great for securing and hanging. The light it provides is soft yet bright, but not glaring. We will use for some lighting in the cabin of our sailboat so as not to waste our battery while at anchor. As a realtor, I am always looking for unusual, interesting, attractive and useful housewarming gifts that most anyone would appreciate, and this item fits the bill. I've already bought several, and plan to buy more.

Where is the lithium polymer battery on the solar puff, what does it do, and how long does it last?
Verified reply from Leslie
Hello! The battery is behind the panel and easily recharged by the solar panel on the front of the light. It's built to be long-lasting and is high-performing for 1000+ recharges (100% for 500+ recharges and at 90% performance for another 500+ recharges). The lights are made to last for 5+ years of use. After a full charge of 8 hours in the bright clear sunlight, it provides up to 8 hours on the high setting and 12 hours on the low setting.

Is there enoifh light to read by? Thank you.
Verified reply from Valerie
Yes, we think this provides enough light to ready by - if you disagree, you're welcome to return it at any time!

Can the light be left outdoors under rain and snow.
Verified reply from Marisa
It is tough and watertight, so it could, theoretically. But if it was buried under the snow, you wouldn't be able to use it! Probably actually bright sunlight would have more power to damage it over time than rough weather.

How hot to the touch does this light get when in use?
Verified reply from Marisa
It doesn't get hot. Not even a little.

How long will it hold a charge when unused and stored?
Verified reply from Valerie
A fully charged lamp will hold its full charge for about 3 months. After two years, it will retain about 50% of charge.

How do you inflate it?
Verified reply from Colleen
To inflate this item you simply pull it open, and it will self-inflate. But you won't hear that typical "inflating" noise.

This is amazing! Is it rechargeable and what is the charge time for the solar panel? Does it need direct light? Do they come charged?
Verified reply from Celia
Hello Allie! The lights are absolutely rechargeable. Placing the solar panel facing the sun for up to 8 hours will yield 8-12 hours of light. You can recharge over and over again!. To get the most effective and efficient charge the solar panel does best in direct sunlight, however it can also charge under a "grow" light with a UV spectrum. Anything other than direct sun light is not optimal, but it will still work. The light should also turned to the "off" position when charging. Lastly, the lights are 30-50% charged upon delivery to your customer.
