Hello! Additional starts would be $7.50, so it would be an additional $22.50 charge for an additional 3 starts. To have a bracelet with 8 star beads you would need to place an order for the 5 star option and then call us that same day so the artist can be notified before your order goes into production and to process the $22.50 charge.
