More than just letters, our initials embody the essence of our journey, personal growth, and unique identity. Through her passion for both nature and jewelry, artist Wendee Daelhousen beautifully merges these elements by transforming your beloved initial into a gold-plated pendant featuring botanical-inspired details.

  • To create letters, Wendee starts each character by creating an original wax model.
  • A casting of the letter is then created from sterling silver before she produces a batch casting mold out of zinc alloy.
  • Her 1" pendants and chain are plated with an extra-thick 18-carat gold.
  • The 18" chain is delicately cut and split, then adorned with the pendant securely attached to both ends using jump rings.
  • Made in Georgia.

You could say Wendee Daelhousen takes "Do what you love" to a new level. Born in rural Pennsylvania, she studied interior architecture while making jewelry on the side for fun. At the request of a friend, she joined a jewelry company and quickly became the organization's leading designer. Inspired by people around her, she now owns her own jewelry company, but still does interior design. "I just can't not!" she says. Wendee resides in rural Georgia with her husband and two wire fox terriers.

Items that are made to order or oversized can't be sent in a Gift Bag. Potential but no

This necklace was larger than I expected. The letter was about 3/4". For the price point and size, the detailing of the flowers was less fine than I expected. My recipient liked the gift, but I would probably not choose again. #sweepstakes
