Amazing!

First of all, amazing customer support from Uncommon Goods to connect with the artist to see if they could accommodate my special request. Big shout out to the artist for accommodating. The form only allows for a US address to be submitted as the map for the clock. We are getting married in a month in Cartagena, Colombia. The artist agreed to make one for me to give to my fiance/hubby as my wedding present to mark the location and time we are married. I'll be forever grateful. It arrived so quick and one less thing I need to worry about on my to do list. I love it and think he will too!

First off, the item arrived without any packaging to pad it from being rattled around by the courier. Secondly, when you put the item on the stand, it falls over. For the price, I was expecting more care and thought into the delivery and presentation. I also contacted Uncommon Goods with feedback about the shipping/packaging and never heard back.

this clock is much bigger than you'd think looking at it on the website, also the map itself may not include any greenspace even if there is surrounding greenspace in the area. also the stand that mine came with did not work: the clock keeps falling backwards and doesn't stay upright. I could not give it as a gift because of these issues; I had to ask for a refund because it was basically unusable and very unattractive.

What sort of mile-radius does the clock typically have around the address? The address I'm considering is very rural, and it would nice to specify a radius that I think would best give cartographical context.
