Anusha, a former Occupational Therapist began creating bath and body products to nourish her body and mind while experiencing postpartum depression. During this time, Anusha earned a certification in natural product formulation, had created and tested a variety of essential oil infused products that restored her well-being. She decided that it was important to share her experience and inspire others to prioritize self-care by transforming their daily routines into rejuvenating rituals through the medium of her holistic, all-natural products.

Measurements

Individual steamer: 1.5” L x 1.5” W x 1” H

Notes

To Use: First steam up your bathroom and shower with hot water. Close doors and turn off bathroom fans for the ultimate aromatherapy experience. Place one steamer on the shower floor or ledge. To activate the aromatherapy, allow some water to hit the steamer or drizzle some on. The shower steamer will begin to diffuse. Breathe in deeply and relax. Keep shower steamer away from the direct stream of water.

Great gift

Gifted to my sister for birthday - she and her husband both love the orange and mint smell! Personally I thought there was a tiny hint of artificial smell but it may just be preference. Very easy to use, they put it on a shelf in their shower and the scent is strong and (for them) relaxing.

Can these also be used in the bath tub like a bath bomb?

They're meant to be used on the side of your tub or shower to emit the aroma when showering. We've not tried as a bath bomb but we're sure it's wonderful!

The Awaken And Refresh Shower Steamers are to be placed on a shower shelf or away from a direct water stream. As with any oil-based product please take the usual precautions while in the shower.

Hello! I love the idea behind your product! My basic question is, does the tablet last for just one shower or is there perhaps any residual effect? It's lovely to have the time to take a longer, leisurely shower but, sadly, sometimes that just isn't the daily norm! Also, what do you feel is the best placement spot for a walk-in shower? I'm thinking perhaps in a back corner? Thanks for listening!
