Even though she made yearly calendars as a child, Michele Ferron always considered herself a serious businessperson rather than a true creative. The born-and-raised St. Maarten resident studied commercial economics, convinced her path in the family business was clear—until lockdown. After her mom sent photos of her childhood calendars, Michele realized she was meant to design. In June 2020, she began creating and sharing her art, and now her baby boy, Otis, comes to work with her every day.
