Notes
To heat, microwave pillow on high for 2 mins. Remove and gently drape around your neck or over the ache to relax and reduce tension.
To cool, place pillow in the refrigerator until cooled. Remove and place on the body to provide cool relief or to reduce bruising or swelling.

Lovely gift for my mom
The product is smaller than expected but a really great gift. My mom has poor blood circulation and temperature regulation and she loves the product. She can heat it in the microwave or cool it in the freezer depending on her needs. She has owned it for several weeks now and it still has its nice lavender scent. It comes in a pretty floral pattern too. Overall, really happy with the purchase!

I'm glad i picked this gift!
This was a Christmas gift for a very good friend. I sent it directly to them and immediately received a text saying the package smelled so amazing that they could not wait til Christmas to open it. I'm in love with this heat pillow! It is so relaxing to use at the end of a long work day. I've been so pleasantly surprised at how well it relieves tension in my shoulders. I was worried that the lavender scent might be too strong, but it's subtle and very relaxing. I bought this as a gift for myself, but it would make such a beautiful and thoughtful gift for family and friends! It is also very easy to use. I simply microwave mine for 1 minute and it's the perfect temperature.

I have actually bought this heat pillow three times now. The first time was for myself. The next time was for an ill friend, and the last time was for a friend's birthday. I think you can safely say I like it a lot! It is well made, very useful and provides a lot of comfort. I highly recommend it!

What is the lifespan of the barley/lavender? And if I don't have a microwave what is the best way to heat it?

Hello! This depends on how much it is used and how it is used! There is no set lifespan. This is preferred to be used with a microwave being that a stove may be too harsh unless it's for a couple seconds.
