Audrey Rowe traded punch lines for pastries, leaving a career in comedy to build her business. Inspired by her grandmother's "Hello Dollies" recipe and a deep love for coconut, she began making macaroons for family and friends. Soon, they became a local hit. Today at a shared commercial kitchen in Studio City, California, each macaroon is handmade with her small team (who lovingly call them "cocadas") and dipped in rich flavors, like dark chocolate. Audrey's journey is all about creativity, connection, and the joy of a really good treat. "The best part of making cookies is that they always make people happy," she says.

Pretty good.

I liked them. They did have that prepackaged convenience store vibe but I think that has more to do with the density. The peanut butter variety could have stronger flavor.
