Kyndall and Jake Chambers were both born in Fort Worth, Texas, and grew up about 10 miles apart in different suburbs. As a licensed sonographer, Kyndall would paint ultrasounds in watercolor as a small side business. After having her own baby, she decided to throw herself into creating custom pet embroidery full-time. The self-taught stitchers' business boomed, prompting her and Jake to expand their production operation beyond their bedrooms and into a dedicated studio space.

This is a made-to-order item that ships directly from the maker. If you order today your item will ship no later than 3/13/2026.

Items that are made to order or oversized can't be sent in a Gift Bag. Instead, you can include your Gift Message on the shipment's packing slip.  At this time, this item cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. The embroidery work of my dog image is right on!

The embroidery image of my dog looks great and the sweat shirt colors available goes well with the dog image. The only comment that I can make is you don't have any shirt sizes for children. My 3 & 6 years old grandsons would love to wear a sweatshirt with my dog image.

After reading reviews, there seems to be some confusion about the embroidery. Are the images embroided directly unto the shirt? Or are embroidered patches made separately and then sewn or ironed onto the shirt? There seem to have been some issues with "patches" coming off or loose from the shirt.

Hello! All embroidery is embroidered directly onto the sweatshirts as of January 2024. Before that date the artist used embroidered patches which had some negative reviews. Customer feedback was listened to and the artist and made positive improvements to only embroidery directly onto our sweatshirts now.

The chest measurement on the artist's size chart are half measurements, so a small is 20" across the chest, but 40" all the way around.

Hi there! While we strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-colored garments, the sweatshirts can be dried in a dryer.
