Lizzie Lees

Illustrator and surface pattern designer Lizzie Lees got her creative start early in life. "I have always been very creative and grew up with artistic parents; we were always drawing and making things as kids," she explains. Raised in Kent, England, she went on to study surface pattern at Staffordshire University. Today, her canvas extends to all sorts of household items. With a style that's colorful and exuberant, she creates patterns for everything from bed linens to lampshades.
