Neil Edley didn't choose the sweet life, it chose him. Since he was 15 years old, he's been operating a confections business with his mother Frann in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Neil is still dreaming up innovative culinary ideas as their business continues to grow. Willing to experiment with any combination that comes to mind, whether it's bourbon caramel pretzel chocolate or Caribbean jerk peanuts, his team specializes in custom-made products. Neil perfected his craft at renowned culinary college Johnson & Wales, and continues to expand upon his knowledge and creativity by making the best chocolates and nuts possible. His hope is that his confections provide the world with a little taste of happiness.

Brown sugar powder, sweet paprika, tomato powder, garlic powder, celery salt, chili pepper, black pepper, mustard, onion powder, cayenne pepper, celery, oregano, and thyme.
Spicy Carolina
Brown sugar, malt vinegar powder (maltodextrin and malt vinegar (from barley)), hot paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, mustard, and Thai chili pepper.
Sweet Kansas City
Molasses powder (cane sugar, cane molasses), tomato powder, paprika, chili pepper, onion powder, smoked salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Savory Texas
Sweet paprika, smoked salt (salt and natural flavor), garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cumin, ancho chili powder, cayenne pepper, coriander, hickory smoke powder (maltodextrin, natural hickory smoke flavor, silicon dioxide), mesquite smoke powder, maltodextrin, natural mesquite smoke flavoring, hydrated silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), oregano.

What would I buy a man friend for Christmas? I always seek help from Uncommon Goods. This year I chose BBQ Blends and Sauce Kit for my boyfriend's 44 year old son who has everything. I know his neighbor cooks Louisiana cajun foods so I invited my friends son to compete with his neighbor, cook food with these spices to share with his neighbor. Though nothing has been cooked yet, the smile on his from this idea was priceless.

Do the rubs come in jars or packets? I see in a customer photo it looks like the rubs are in jars, however on the website they look like they come in 1.5oz packets.

Hi, how can the Spicy Carolina be gluten free? It lists malt vinegar as an ingredient, which is made with barley. I have had a bad experience ingesting malt vinegar. Thanks and if I am correct please update your label and responses to those asking if your products are gluten-free. Appreciate your looking into this.

We just heard back from the creator of these who confirmed with their Quality Control team: they were lab-tested and certified gluten free, containing less than 20ppm gluten. Hope that helps! We still recommend exercising caution when there is an ingredient to which you have had a reaction before.
