Thoughtfully written cookbook - fun for the whole family!

I didn't realize when buying that this was meant as a "parents & kids" cookbook, so that was a nice surprise. It makes the recipes *very* easy to follow, which I appreciate! I love too that the various recipes do have (some of them) the specialty ingredients in the spice sampler box - makes it very easy! AND that once I use up the spice mixes, the recipes for the specialty mixes are included and not at all difficult to make yourself. So far we've cooked three of the recipes, and they are very good! We started with one that we've eaten before in the country of origin -- the recipe in the book was very authentic! Huge hit, and we'd buy again as gifts for others.
