Sarah Coulman started making toffee 25 years ago when she and her husband, Bill, wanted a special treat for family gatherings. Years later, they turned it into a business so they could balance work with raising their five kids. Today, home and work base is the same farm in East Troy, Wisconsin, where Sarah grew up—and their toffee has won international awards. "I didn't see myself wanting to run our own business," Sarah says of their sweet journey together. "But here we are, loving it!"
