What exactly is a USB charged base? A USB cable that connects to where? what is the source of electricity? a computer? wall outlet? Also, do the lights turn off automatically after a certain time or is this an option?

A USB charged base is like a large rechargeable battery. One end of the wire connects into the base, while the other side plugs into a wall adapter or a USB port on the computer to charge. The lights do not have an auto-shut off feature. The light blocks will stay on until the power runs out or the USB is unplugged.

Does the 50 piece set come with all the blocks to make the super hero?

Great questions! The Sound-Activated Light Blocks include a rechargeable power base and a USB cable. The different light modes include: green mode to turn the bricks on, blue mode for flashing lights, red mode for fading lights and yellow mode to active the blocks by sound.
