Shana Gulati is a New Yorker with Indian roots. "It's hard not to be inspired all the time," by the beauty, lifestyle and culture of both her native India and her hometown of New York City. She began her working life as a lawyer, but that path didn't click. "I used to think so many doors not opening for me in law was a reflection on me. Turns out it was for a bigger reason. It forced me to find a path that I never knew existed. My life is not only richer and fuller, but it's got purpose and meaning because it's not just jewelry that we are creating, it's livelihoods that are being supported. It's giving back in a way to a country that gave me so much."

Love this
I received this necklace as a gift. I absolutely love it but some of the sliced raw diamonds that make up the heart have fallen out and now chunk of it is missing very upset about this.
