Here’s how: set up the poplar wood numbered pins and throw the baton at them. Add up the numbers on the pins you’ve knocked over, then kindly reset them where they lay for the next player. First one to get to exactly 50 points wins. But here's the catch—if you go over, your score goes down to 25 and the game continues. Jeff Nolt’s set comes with everything you need—except the math skills—stored in a convenient cotton tote. Handmade in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Jeff Nolt balances life as a middle school teacher with a passion for woodworking on weekends and summer breaks. He began his game-making venture in 2018 as a way to enjoy some "sawdust therapy" while sharing his love of games with like-minded enthusiasts. From cutting, sanding, and numbering the game pieces to machine-stitching the gussets in tote bags, he carefully handcrafts each component in his garage woodshop in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

I would highly recommend this product as it is well made.

This game has brought us to tears at times, you never realize how much fun you can have until you stop worrying about what other people think and let that inner child out again. Sometimes my husband tells me that is my problem, that my inner child has always been apart of me. Well, that's just a part of it & sometimes that makes the game even more fun! Anyone want to play! 😊

Do you need a flat hard suface for the pins or do they stand up well in a grassy area?

This item is specifically made for use on a lawn or grassy area! The object of the game is to knock all of the pins down, similar to bowling except the pins count as a different score depending on which pin is knocked over. I hope this helps!

What size is one pin?

The baton is 2 inches in diameter and about 9-1/2 inches long. Pins are also 2 inches in diameter and are about 5-1/4 inches high.
