Great gift for the person who eats at their desk!

This was the best gift for those who carry their salad lunches to work . Ingenious design to keep the salad and separate dressing in one unit that comes apart and serves as a salad bowl as well . My husband and his work friends love it ! Really great gift ...and easy to clean!

Bought one, came back to purchase a second one!

I saw the salad pod and thought of a family member that would love it. So, started my holiday shopping early. Once I received it, thoroughly examined it and realized how very well made it is plus easy to use, I came back for a second one for a gift for a friend. For packing a lunch for work, a road trip or a weekend camping getaway, easy way to take a salad with you. Quite honestly, when I need a special gift for family and friends, Uncommon Goods is the site I always check first. I often find unique items that are total hits with my family and friends. finally, portable salad that makes sense

For my salad-loving husband, who often has to pack a lunch for work, I thought this would be a good way to package it. I was right! The salad packs in easily, the dressing (if desired) stays in the top without making the salad soggy, and it all turns into a bowl once opened to eat from, yet takes up less room in a standard lunch bag because of being thermos shaped. You do have to add your own utensil, but that's not that big of a drawback. I see this getting tons of use in the future!

Salads Made Easiee

I have long taken salads to work and would tirelessly prep a bunch of small containers then build my salad at work so that it was crisp and fresh. While mason jars can solve the problem of many jars, they are a pain to eat out of. This salad pod solves all the problems! I love my salad pods. They have been great so far (two weeks of use) and I hope they seem durable enough to last.

I will use it again and again

I often avoided bringing salads as a lunch because of the difficulty in keeping the lettuce nice and fresh and also not having a good option to transport the dressing. This solves those issues and not I look forward to a good salad at lunch.

My wait is over!

This is a very nice item and is just as it is pictured. I wanted something different to use and this was the perfect idea. I can use it for more than what it was designed for!! perfect choice!
