How do you care for the sleep patches?Apply one patch per night to clean, dry skin, preferably on the underside of the wrist at bedtime. Press firmly to ensure full adhesion. Wear overnight and remove in the morning. Alternate wrists between uses. Store patches in a cool, dry place and keep unused patches sealed in their pouch until use. Dispose of used patches after removal.
