Are the words "One Great Mix" always displayed as shown in the picture ...or is that part of the customization? Or is the customization just the names I'd like in place of "Eric + Elizabeth" as shown in the product picture?

Yes, "One Great Mix" will be on the ornament by default. The customization entered will be along the top where "Eric + Elizabeth" is in the example images.
