“Inspiration has come to me steadily throughout life, and I have been fortunate to be able to chase it,” says Wendy Gold. She explains that as a teenager she “spent countless hours creating insanely intricate friendship bracelets, kaleidoscopes, and ceramic musical instruments,” and in college made a headboard for her bed so big that she couldn’t get it out of her room when she moved out. Always looking for new inspiration, she stumbled across a beautiful antique globe at a flea market and immediately recognized her next canvas. By using recycled materials, vintage globes, and maps, she creates beautiful, geographic art.

Couldn't love these maps more
Over the years I have ordered 4 of these as gifts and finally ordered one for myself recently. The quality is perfection and so much better in person. It ships wonderfully and is packaged really well. Cannot recommend this product enough.

Decades of travel
My husband and I have been married for nearly 30 years. We started with the world map and bought colored pins using a different color for each decade of our marriage. We have traveled all over the US visiting national parks and we didn't have enough room on the World Map so we purchased the US map to expand on all of our travels. We love the format and quality of the maps and have hung them up in our kitchen to enjoy daily.

Extremely Happy!!
My daughter and her husband were married during the pandemic, on 10/10/20. There were many, many times that they nearly cancelled. Their honeymoon was going to be to Germany, but that wasn't possible at the time. So, on their anniversary, I wanted something really special. They plan to travel as much as they possibly can, so this was a perfect gift for them! They loved it!!
