What does it weigh when empty?

How does the opening at the top stay closed? Is it zippered, or a magnetic strip?

For carrying, the top rolls down and then the clips on each side locks to make a secure closure. There is no zipper or Velcro. Check out the thumbnail photos for examples. When the bag is open, it sits straight up for easy access!
