Brim not adjustable
My hat arrived and looked cute until putting it on. The brim in mine will not adjust. Either the front and back are down and the sides are up or the sides are down and the front and back are up. I can't even get the wire to flatten out by laying the hat and the counter and flattening the brim. Doesn't lay anything like the pic. Almost like the wire in brim was a little too long so stitched material keeps it bent.

So adorable I'm buying for Mum & friends for gifts
I just ordered a new convertible, and realized I had nothing but baseball caps to cover my hair & face when this gorgeous hat popped up as a new item. I immediately ordered it in the cream/tan. It's looks so good on, the wire in the brim is invisible but easily lets you adjust it to cover your shoulders or the sun in your eyes & have it stay put. My mum fell in love with it when I opened the box, and tried it on 1st, As a skin cancer survivor she was proud I'd found a hat with UPF 35 built in. I also plan on buying one for my girlfriends that still like to ride around with the top down!
