Care
The flexible copper coil on the dispenser arrives compressed. Once unpacked, stretch the coil upward. Turn the dispenser upside down to insert the black rubber cork into your bottle of choice. Slightly wetting the rubber cork allows the bottle to slide on easily. Flip it back over to enjoy!

Unique and original gift
This was a gift for my father for the holidays. This brass industrial drink dispenser it very much his style. He loves whiskey, so this dispenser will be a nice way to display such bottles for libations. The product comes with directions on setting it up and cleaning it. The dispenser comes with small rubber bumpers for the bottom of the block to minimize movement, but as the directions state, you do need to hold the dispenser while pouring to prevent tilting. All in all, this was a win in the gift department. It works just as it should and is a great addition to my father's home bar.

Perfect gift for anyone who likes to drink
This is a really good looking addition to any home bar. It worked with every bottle size that I tried, from small bottles of sake to a large handle of bourbon. You end up pouring very generous drinks with this dispenser so bottles finish faster than they normally would.

A second one is in our very near future
Bought this for my wife, who has been exploring craft cocktails for about a year now. I selected this one from several for a few reasons: (1) is not wall-mounted (2) relatively small footprint (3) appeared simple to use (4) shined brass pipe and copper tubing compliment her copper bar set. I'd read others' comments about it and agree with one person's observation: follow the directions and you won't have any problem at all. Seeing it in person, the wood block it's on is actually larger than what seemed pictured -- the base is actually 5.5" x 8.5" on the one I received. It's lovely, it works very well, and I'll be ordering another shortly.

How do you clean this after use?

The best way to clean your copper dispenser is by mixing some warm water and some plain washing up liquid in an empty bottle, fitting this to the dispenser, and flushing it through.

I'm interested in replacing the spout with my own keg tap handle. Is it possible to unscrew that red spout and replace it?

The spout may be changed however, please keep in mind the following specs - as each different fitting may not work around these; The spout is a 15mm compression fitting with a copper elbow inserted.

Would this fit larger bottles such as growlers?

We haven't tried! We don't recommend using a growler, however. A growler is a jug and the neck is too short and may leak. Also, the body may be too big to fit inside the copper wire.
