"Who knew I could be so wrong about my true passion!" says Cleavland-born Becca Croucher. She studied neuroscience biology, but everything changed after an allergy diagnosis prevented her from eating macarons. "I found out they weren't all gluten-free, even flavors that should have been." Becca's scientific brain kicked in, forcing her to learn how to make them. Today, she does all the baking while partner Brent Long helps with design, taste testing, macaron filling, and computer-related tasks.

Care

Upon arrival, place in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within one week or in the freezer for up to one month. Allow 10-15 minutes to reach room temperature from fridge and 20-25 minutes from freezer to room temperature.

Surprised

Got this as a gift. Shocked how big the Champagne one was and held it integrity and consistency of a macaroon at that size. Will be sending this to clients in the future.

Is this a joke??

Got these as a gift for my husband… Not only were the flavors like nothing we've had before but are you kidding me about that giant champagne one??? I swear I could taste the champagne bubbles while eating it!! Then the surprise sprinkles! Wow!! I bought a cake also, we were all fighting over the macarons and barely eat the cake!
