Mary was so amazing!
I bought my portrait over a year ago and I loved it! It's a great representation of the picture I sent and it's clearly my smiling boy. But after a few months I started to wish it was a little lighter - the light in my house isn't great and there wasn't enough contrast between my dog and the background. Recently, I decided to reach out to Mary and see how much it would cost for her to lighten it up a little. I expected her to want a lot of money, or even not be willing to do it at all since I bought it so long ago, but she was so sweet. Just told me to ship it to her and include the return shipping and she'd do it for free! She had me send some sample paint chips with it to give her an idea of what color I was looking for, and then sent me a picture of the finished product for my approval before she sent it back. It's perfect! I've never met Mary in person, but she seems to genuinely love what she does - particularly being able to "meet" people's beloved pets. If (when) I ever get another pet, I will absolutely reach out to her again!

Captured her memory

BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZINGLY CREATED
I bought two pictures for a mother's day gift for my mother. I couldn't wait till then to show her so I surprised her with the paintings earlier than scheduled. Not only was she surprised, she loved that the artist captured the essence of our adored dogs. She has so far showed off these paintings to almost everyone she knows.
