Rebecca Nagy is the heart behind the Michigan bakery where cinnamon rolls celebrate tradition, connection, memories, and special moments. After retiring from a nursing career, Rebecca followed the advice of friends and family who'd always told her she should open her own bakery. Inspired by her mother’s original recipe and a dream to bring joy through food, Rebecca teamed up with her daughter Rachelle to turn a family favorite into a national sensation. Her rolls are jumbo-sized and handmade with a 70-year-old recipe that’s never been matched. "We do one thing and we do it the best," she says. "Nobody else makes a cinnamon roll that compares to these."

These arrived in one box for the cinnamon rolls and one box for the TOPPINGS that are shipped in separate containers, not baked into the cinnamon rolls. This was disappointing - I did not think I was ordering a DIY kit. Also, several of the toppings arrived with condensation on them, leading me to believe they were previously refrigerated or frozen, but there was no dry ice or anything in the box. Unclear from tracking information how long they were in transit, so unsure whether the toppings are safe to use. When I called Uncommon Goods to ask/provide this feedback, they said they didn't know because this item ships directly from the bakery. Overall unimpressed, will not purchase again, and would not recommend.

How well do these freeze?

The cinnamon rolls and toppings can be frozen for up to 1 year. Each roll can be taken out of the freezer and heated in the microwave for 35-40 seconds. All packages include heating and storage instructions for the rolls and their toppings.
