What Makes It Uncommon

What could possibly make a dark chocolate truffle filled with sweet cream any more delicious? Alcohol! Although they look like artsy little baubles, they’re actually handcrafted, booze-infused truffles that are hand-painted for an elegant and elevated bite of decadence. All 6 flavors feature a different liquor or spirit, and the set comes in a refined, giftable box.

  • Includes two of each of the following flavors (total of 12): Sambuca, Brandy Punch, Coconut Rum, Elderflower Liquor, Cognac, and Champagne.
  • Three-month shelf life.

Not worth the price

The truffles were very pretty, but they were much smaller than I expected. My daughter said they tasted good although she couldn't tell what kind of booze was in each one. They were well packed to prevent melting, which was lucky since UPS delivery kept getting delayed.

Not Worth It

I was disappointed when the box was opened; only two types of truffles really looked like art pieces, a couple of others just looked kind of cool with gold flakes, but the blue ones looked dark, dull, and gloomy - the dark blue heart that had no white at all on it was especially depressing and weird for Valentine's Day. Also, there was no hint of booze in any of these; they might as well have all had the same kind of alcohol or nothing at all. I also didn't find them particularly good as truffles; they were flat without a burst of softness in the middle. I have had worse since, but they were not impressive.
